Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (hashed, never visible to us in clear text).
• Athlete profile: event, marks, experience, training frequency, goals and, if you choose to share them, injuries.
• Content you upload: jump videos, thumbnails, messages and attachments.
• Training activity: completed sessions, logged marks, feedback received.
• Billing data handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never your card number.

Why we use it

To deliver the coaching you subscribed to: build your program, review your videos, message you, schedule sessions, track your progress and bill your subscription.

Who can see your data

You and your coach. Other athletes cannot see your profile, your videos, your marks or your messages — this is enforced at the database level, not only in the interface. Videos are stored in private buckets and are only served through short-lived signed links.

Processors we rely on

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Vercel — application hosting.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, videos and messages. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of it is editable directly from your profile. For anything else, write to contact@donaldscottacademy.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must create the account and subscribe for you.
