1. What this service is
Donald Scott Academy provides remote athletic coaching: training programs, drill material, video analysis, messaging and, on some plans, live video sessions. Coaching is delivered online and does not include in-person supervision.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your athlete profile and for keeping your login credentials private. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or have a parent or guardian subscribe on your behalf.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it from your billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change with prior notice, never retroactively for a period already billed.
4. What is included
Each plan lists what it includes, including the number of video reviews per billing period. Unused reviews do not carry over. Response times depend on the coach’s schedule and are not guaranteed to be immediate.
5. Health and physical risk
Training is physically demanding and carries a risk of injury. The programs provided are general coaching guidance, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting, tell your coach about any injury or limitation, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos and information you upload. You grant us the limited right to store them and show them to your coach for the purpose of reviewing your technique. Your videos are stored privately and are not published or shared with other athletes.
7. Our content
Training programs, drills, videos and written material inside the academy are the property of Donald Scott Academy. They are for your personal use. Redistributing, reselling or publishing them is not permitted.
8. No performance guarantee
We do not promise a specific result, mark, qualification or improvement. Progress depends on your training, consistency, health and circumstances.
9. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the platform, other users or the coach. If we end your subscription without cause, we refund the unused part of the current period.
